The IAMH mental health first aid refresher course is four-hours and will support your advocates by:
- Renewing their skills and building on foundational knowledge
- Updating their knowledge of mental health support on a global scale
- Giving them the chance to practice real case studies and the application of the IAMH 'I SEE U' Framework
Investing in the IAMH Refresher Course will ensure your advocates remain motivated and confident in their roles, giving you peace of mind that they are well-equipped to provide their duties effectively. By completing this refresher course, your advocates will be re-certified for three years with the most up to date knowledge, skills and resources.

The IAMH refresher course is suitable for anyone already trained in Mental Health First Aid that is looking to refresh their skills on a global scale.
At IAMH, we pride ourselves on being culturally inclusive and globally consistent. That’s why our refresher course is available to be delivered in any language and in any country.
- Learners will be trained by an IAMH instructor member, covering 4 hours of content in total.
- They will receive takeaway resources to support their learning throughout the course.
- On completion of the course, they will receive a digital IAMH certificate and be re-certified for the next three years.
The IAMH course costs £149+VAT per head with between 8-25 learners per course.
The IAMH refresher course is four-hours in length and can either be delivered in-person or online via MS Teams or Zoom.
We limit numbers to 25 people per refresher course so that instructors can keep people safe and supported. We also have a minimum number of 8 people to allow for an interactive learning space but we pride ourselves on being flexible.
The refresher course should be completed every three years to ensure knowledge and skills remain up-to-date.
